Help

Support

A person reads every message. Here is where to send it, what to include so we can act on it the same day, and what to expect back.

Buzzing Bees Playland, LLC · 203 West 111th Street #5B, New York, NY 10026 · hello@bbplayland.com · Effective 22 October 2026

How support works here — true on every build

  • One address for everything: hello@bbplayland.com. It reaches the people who build and run Archie, not a ticket queue.
  • We reply within two working days, and the same day for anything about a child’s record or a lost card.
  • You never need to tell us a child’s name. A card code or the adult’s own email is enough for every request.
  • Nothing you write to us is used for anything except answering you.

01

How to reach us

Email hello@bbplayland.com. Post reaches us at Buzzing Bees Playland, LLC, 203 West 111th Street #5B, New York, NY 10026. Families testing Archie with us can also write to pilots@bbplayland.com, which the same people read.

We are a small team in New York. Messages are read Monday to Friday, and anything about a child’s data, a card that has stopped working or a reply from Archie that worried you is read the day it arrives, weekends included.

02

If you are a parent

A lost or broken card. The adult who made the card can print a new one from the family view or the teacher portal; the old one stops working the moment a new one is printed, and your child’s progress carries over. If you cannot reach that adult, write to us with the code from the back of the card, or the email you used, and we will sort it out.

What Archie is, and what it sends. Inside the app, the For grown-ups screen explains it in full, and the child privacy notice is the document. The short version: no name, no email and no photo of your child is ever held, and nothing that says who they are leaves our system.

Deleting a child’s record. Ask the adult who made the card, or write to us with the card code. The record is erased from every table that references it, and we confirm by reply. The notice’s clause 7 says what is kept afterwards and for how long.

03

If you are a teacher or a school

Sign-in is with the Google account your school gave you, at bbplayland.com/sign-in. If it refuses you, the usual cause is that your school has not yet been set up with us; write and say which school, and we will tell you where things stand. Questions about the agreement, the Parents’ Bill of Rights or Education Law §2-d go to the same address, and the schools page carries the documents.

04

Something is broken, or hard to use

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. The device and its browser or app version help. A screenshot helps most of all. Do not send a photo that shows a child’s name; crop it out, or describe it instead. If a screen reader, switch or zoom made something unreachable, say which one: the accessibility statement describes what we build to, and a report that something fell short goes to the people who can change it.

05

A reply from Archie that was wrong, confusing or unkind

Every reply Archie gives after a wrong answer carries a small Report flag; tapping it sends us the reply and the reason, with no typing. A report marked upsetting is read the same day. You can also write to us directly, and we will look at the exact line.
